【仕事内容】
お任せしたいこと
「住まいの窓口」に訪れる、住宅の建築・購入に悩んでいるユーザー一人ひとりに寄り添い、
最適な建築・不動産会社のご紹介や、成約までのアドバイス・サポートを行っていただきます。
具体的には以下の業務をお任せします。
・住宅の建築や購入を検討しているユーザーへのご相談対応(資金計画のシミュレーション、希望条件の整理、会社のご紹介、成約までのフォローなど)
・ユーザーにご紹介する建築・不動産会社の新規開拓・入会促進
・既存サービスや組織改善に関わる各プロジェクトの推進
ユーザーとの相談は、対面またはオンラインで実施します。
現在サービスを提供しているエリアは、首都圏では東京・神奈川・千葉・埼玉となります。
対面での相談の場合は、お客様の予約状況に応じて店舗へ出向いていただきます。(1日の中で店舗間の移動も発生します)

月額給与:280,000円~346,600円(基本給:213,900円~264,800円 固定残業代:66,100円~81,800円)
年収 :424万円~525万
※年収は採用等級で算出しております。この上の等級もしくは下の等級でオファーする可能性がもございます。
※前職でのご経験・年収を考慮の上、給与額をご提示させていただきます。
※固定残業代は月40時間相当の時間外割増手当として支給。
40時間相当を超過した分の時間外割増手当は別途支給。
※年収=「月額給与×12か月+前年度の年2回(夏・冬)の業績賞与実績額」
※業績賞与は会社・個人業績により変動するため保証額ではございません。
【勤務地備考】
東京都千代田区麹町1-4-4
※変更の範囲:会社の定める場所(リモートワークを行う場所を含む)に変更の可能性があります。
【勤務時間】
9:00~21:00(内原則8時間勤務)(休憩60分)
※1カ月単位の変形労働時間制適用による
※10:00~19:00の勤務パターンが多いです
※全社平均残業時間:20時間・月(2023年9月期)
【休日休暇】
【休日】週休2日制(土日祝日は基本勤務、火水を休日として設定することが多いです)
※年間休日122日
【休暇】有給休暇、慶弔休暇、LIFULL休暇(年2日)、社会貢献活動休暇(年2日)、看護休暇、介護休暇
※有休取得率:80.6%(2023年9月期)

リモートワーク
オフィス勤務とリモートワークを組み合わせたハイブリッドワークを導入しております。
全社の基本ルールとしては原則週3日オフィス勤務となっており、チームごとにオフィス勤務日をそろえることでチームワークや心理的に安全な環境をつくっています。ただし、「チームの成果の最大化」の観点から、半期毎の承認制でチームごとにルール変更を可能としております。配属予定部門の働き方については、面接にてご確認ください。

実費支給(上限あり(1日3,500円))(雇用契約のみ対象)

【応募資格】
【必須経験】
以下の両方の経験をお持ちの方
⑴ 営業・販売・接客などの経験(法人・個人問わず)
⑵ 社会人経験が1年以上ある方
【優遇する経験】
ハウスメーカー、工務店での営業経験や、不動産会社、リフォーム会社などの業界経験
人材紹介や保険業界等でのBtoC営業経験
大小問わず、プロジェクトや日常業務でのリーダー経験
