\車両関連サービスに関する問合せ対応/
ご契約頂いた会社担当者から車両関連サービスに関するお問合せにご対応頂きます(B to B)
- 車両管理システムとは
企業が所有する車(社用車)の情報を、まとめて管理するためのシステムです。
※電話対応:8割、メール対応:2割
最初は電話対応から覚えて頂きます。
1日あたりの応対件数(電話:15~20件、メール:5~10件)
【具体的には?】
- 車両関連サービス管理システムの操作方法
L 運転日報の反映/削除方法を教えて下さい。
新規ユーザー登録方法について
- 車両関連サービスアプリの操作方法
L 登録方法、ID/パスワードの確認について
- 車両関連サービスデバイス不具合の受付窓口
L 車載器からデータが送信されてこない 等
【よくあるお問い合わせ内容】
- 車の予約について
社用車の空き状況を確認、予約方法、キャンセルについて。
- 運転日報について
いつ、どこを、どれくらいの時間走ったか、運転日報の作成や、エラー解消方法について。
- アルコールチェッカーについて
運転前後のアルコールチェックを記録方法、エラー対処、アプリ連動方法など。
- 走行データについて
運転した走行データがドライバーと正しく紐づいていない場合の対応など。
製品知識やサポート業務に必要なスキルは、
研修とOJTで少しずつ習得していけますのでご安心ください
