社会全体でDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)のニーズが高まる中、お客様業務に特化したアプリケーション開発において、大手鉄道会社や自動車メーカー向けのシステム開発案件において、プロジェクト全体をリードし、クライアントと直接やり取りしながら高い裁量を持って推進できるプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。

仕事内容
】
大手鉄道会社や自動車メーカーをクライアントとする大規模システム開発プロジェクトのマネジメントをお任せします。プロジェクト全体の責任者として、システム開発の全工程を統括するだけでなく、クライアントとの折衝や提案活動、チーム体制の構築、技術選定、さらにはビジネス拡大に向けた新規案件の発掘にも携わっていただきます。

・要件定義から設計、開発、テスト、リリースまでのプロジェクト全体の統括

・クライアントとの折衝および提案活動

・チーム編成や協力会社の選定、オフショア開発の活用判断

・プロジェクト体制の構築および管理

・システムアーキテクチャ設計・技術選定の意思決定

・既存顧客への新規案件発掘や提案活動

・システム開発案件において5名~10名規模のチームリーダー経験またはプロジェクト管理経験

・日本語での優れたコミュニケーション力(会話・読み書き)

・公共性の高いシステムや基幹業務システムのプロジェクト経験(業界不問)

・顧客、社内外関係者と円滑に調整・交渉できる方
