具体的な仕事内容

  • ここ本社工場では主に、自動車の

エンジンに欠かせない精密部品用の

ネジや端子の金属加工(塑性加工や

転造)を手がけています。

  • 塑性加工とは、簡単に言いますと

たとえばプレス加工のように

金属の材料に圧力をかけて

成形すること。

ネジ山の転造も、切削加工でなく

塑性加工の一種です。

  • 実際の加工は専用の機械が行うので、

あなたはオペレーターとして

材料のセットや、加工工程の監視、

品質管理などを行います。

  • とは言え、時には、精度を出したり

するために、人の経験と知恵が

必要なシーンもあります。

  • それが、この仕事の面白さであり

ヤリガイです。まずは基本的な

機械の操作から一つずつ覚えながら、

経験とワザを積み重ねていって

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

【勤務時間】

8:00~17:00

20:00~翌5:00

の2交替制(シフト制)

※いずれも実働8時間

※日勤/夜勤は1週間ごとに交替

  • おかげさまで業績好調につき、現在は

月30~40時間の残業がありますが、

新しい皆さんが来てくれれば

削減できます

給与詳細


基本給:月給 18万6960円 〜 26万8210円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 上記金額は高卒・未経験の方の

初任給(基本給)の最低保証額です。

あなたの年齢・経験等を考慮します。

  • 交替制で夜勤があるので稼げます

【月収例】

26歳:30万円(月給28万円+手当)

36歳:42万円(月給28万円+手当)

【手当】

  • 下記手当を別途支給します。

(いずれも金額は月額)

子1人3000円(2人まで)
