<仕事内容>

冷蔵・冷凍食品を扱う倉庫内でのお仕事です。

現場作業だけでなく、在庫確認などの在庫管理や、

シフト作成・パートスタッフや社員への指示出しなどの人員管理にも携わっていただきます。

フォークリフトを使用した入出庫作業商品の棚入れや格納作業などをお任せします。

管理業務の経験は不要

事務所スタッフと連携を取りながら、チームで進めていく環境です。

  • 実務作業の流れ

<入庫>

・入荷した商品の仕分け

・フォークリフトで棚に格納

<集品>

・棚からフォークリフトで商品を降ろす

・商品を仕分け場所に集める

<店舗仕分け>

・出荷先の店舗ごとに商品を仕分け

システム化されているので、

仕分けレーンに表示されている数量を

分けるだけのカンタン作業です

<積み込み>

・フォークリフトでトラックへ積み込み

※冷蔵・冷凍倉庫内の作業も、あったか~い防寒着があるので安心

仕分け作業にはデジタルアソートシステムを使用しているので、

「ボタンを押す」などの簡単な操作がメインです

現場作業だけでなく、在庫確認や在庫管理、シフト作成、パートスタッフ・社員への指示出しなどの人員管理にも携わっていただきます。

フォークリフトを使用した入出庫作業をはじめ、商品の棚入れ・格納作業なども担当。

事務所と連携しながら、現場全体を円滑に回していくポジションです。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

<日勤の場合>

8:30~17:30

<夜勤の場合>

21:00~翌6:00

(1日当たりの実働時間は8時間)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 22万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万円 〜 15万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円 〜 2万円

その他手当=役職手当(1万円~2万円)

日勤:月給30万円以上

(基本給・固定残業代・役職手当含む)

夜勤:月給34万円以上

(基本給・固定残業代・役職手当含む)

・深夜手当:上記月給には深夜手当を120時間想定分(41,416円)含みます。

※22:00~5:00の実際の勤務時間に応じて深夜手当を支給いたします。

固定残業代:7万円/20時間

※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給します。

・資格手当

・残業手当(固定残業時間超過分 1分単位で全額支給)

・特別手当(年末年始など特定日の出勤に応じて1日あたり5000円支給)

【昇給】

年2回(2月・8月)

<日勤の場合>

461万円/入社4年目(月給32万円+手当+賞与)

<夜勤の場合>

500万円/入社4年目(月給38万円+手当+賞与)
