【1日目】報酬の説明、座学研修
まずは報酬の仕組みからお伝えします。

【2日目】ロープレスタート
の前に、成功体験を知っていただきます。
どうやったら上手くいくのか、失敗を学んでも意味がないので、成功を学んでいただきます。

シチュエーション別のロープレ、
そしてこれだけは覚えてほしいトークマニュアルを覚えていただきます。
【3日目】いよいよ現場同行
まだ一人立ちではありません。
きっと...不安だと思いますので...
順番は前後するかも知れませんが、研修担当と一緒に先輩スタッフの元へ向かいます。
