【具体的な職務内容】
- 経費精算業務
- 社内外のスケジュール調整、管理
- 各種手配(国内外出張、会食、移動など)
- 各種応対(電話、来客、メールなど)
- 各種資料の作成
- 各種データ整理、管理
- 他部署との調整、連携
- その他部門メンバーのサポート業務・庶務
