プロダクトマーケティングマネージャーとして、以下のミッションに取り組んでいただきます。
製品の価値を言語化し、営業・マーケティング活動を通じて顧客に価値を伝えること
営業活動のサポートを通じて、販売を最大化すること
市場・顧客のインサイトを製品企画に取り込み、製品の成長を実現すること
正確な自社のビジネスと市場の分析に基づいた製品のGo To Market戦略の立案・実行を通じて 、事業成長に貢献すること
■どういう業務に取り組むのか
製品企画のビジネス側を担当し、以下の役割を担います。
担当製品のポジショニング・メッセージングの定義およびブランドチームとの協働してのブランディングの形成
担当製品のエヴァンジェリストとしてセミナーやイベントでの登壇を通じた顧客獲得・認知獲得への貢献
営業提案における勝ちパターンの発見と提案資料への落とし込み
タイムリーかつ正確な製品情報の営業への連携
担当製品についての営業案件の獲得に向けた支援
営業へのヒアリング、顧客への直接ヒアリング、定量調査など様々な手段を駆使しての顧客の課題・要望および魅力的な市場の取りまとめ、開発チームへの展開
新たな製品の展開領域を選定し、展開手段などを検討
ビジネス要求(BRD:Business Requirements Document)の作成
プライシングを含む担当製品のGo To Marketプランの作成と推進
【求める人材】
■求めるスキル・経験【必須】
・以下のうちどちらか
自社プロダクトのプロダクトマーケティング経験、もしくはプロダクトマネージャーとしてのGTM経験
マーケティング、または営業推進としてプロダクト起点で仕事をした経験
・ユーザーインタビューや定量・定性データの分析を通して課題を特定する力
・課題解決に向けて、関係者を巻き込み、解決まで牽引する力
■求めるマインド【必須】
・変化を楽しみ、不確実な状況においても前向きに業務遂行し、結果にコミットできる方
・顧客や社内関係者(デザイナーやエンジニア、リサーチャー、営業等)のステークホルダーを巻き込み、良好な人間関係の構築および協働作業ができる方
・計画を立案し、主体的に自ら手を動かしながらて推進・実行できる方
・特定ドメイン(法務・契約など)や新しい技術等について深く関心をもって学び、このドメインに特化した製品を作ることにモチベーションを持てる方
