今回募集するのは、東京都内を中心とした上下水道設計を担当する技術者です。主要な取引先は官公庁であり、元請け案件が多数を占めるため、景気に左右されにくい安定した経営基盤が強みです。

近年、大規模地震に備えた上下水道管の耐震化や老朽化対策のニーズは増加の一途を辿っており、今後も社会に不可欠な役割を果たしていきます。

都市部の地下には、水道管、ガス管、電力線、通信ケーブル、地下鉄など、様々な埋設物が複雑に張り巡らされています。そのような【制約の多い空間の中で、新たに下水道管を通す最適なルートや深さを「ミリ単位」で決定】していくのは、まるで複雑なパズルを解くような知的挑戦です。

単にA地点とB地点を最短で結ぶだけでなく、道路の幅、交通量、他の埋設物との離隔、地盤の状況、工事のしやすさ、将来の維持管理のしやすさ、そして経済性など、【あらゆる条件を考慮し、多角的な視点と3次元的な空間認識能力】が求められます。既存の埋設物を避けながら、最適な勾配で水を流すためのルートを見つけ出す面白さは、プラント設計とは異なる、管きょ設計ならではの魅力です。

管きょ設計は、路線計画、測量データの解釈、構造計算(管の強度、耐震性)、土質力学(地盤の安定性)、材料工学(管材の選定)、そして施工計画まで、【土木工学の幅広い知識と技術】を集約して行う分野です。新設、更新、耐震化、浸水対策など、多様な案件に携わることで、土木技術者としての総合力を養うことができます.

求める人材:

下記いずれかの経験のある方(目安3年程度)

・上下水道の設計経験

・配管メーカーなどでCADを使用した設備作図経験
