【募集ポジションについて(体制・募集背景)】

ログラスの目指すMission「良い景気を作ろう。」を実現するためには、現状よりももっと多くの日本を代表する大手企業様にLoglassをご活用いただき、経営管理のあるべき姿をお客様と共に具現化していく必要があります。

しかし、直販だけでは、お会いできない顧客層が多く存在します。事業成長のスピードを加速させるためには、全国津々浦々に届く新しいチャネルを作る必要があります。

そこで、同社は、2023年より新たに「パートナービジネス部門」を立ち上げ、ログラス社における重要戦略として取締役CTOが責任者を担い順調な成長を描いてきました。

今回は更なる組織拡大に伴いパートナーセールスとして参画いただける方を募集します。

【具体的な業務内容・ミッション】

▽パートナーアライアンス

■金融機関をはじめとしたパートナー企業様から顧客をご紹介をいただくための関係構築・提案の実行

■各営業所との関係性構築、代理店育成の仕組み作り

■各企業ごとのキーパーソンの調査、関係構築をしながら新たな顧客先紹介をいただくための企画・(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

■パートナーアライアンスの実務経験2年以上

■地方出張が可能な方

■オフライン(訪問)中心に商談を進めてきた経験

■「良い景気を作ろう。」というミッションを一緒に叶えていきたい方

【歓迎経験・スキル】

■経営管理業務に興味関心をお持ちの方

■金融機関を中心にアライアンスを進められた方

■マネジメントのご経験があられる方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

700~1100万円
