仕事内容:

【小型農業ロボットの生産・管理】

■小型農業ロボットの製造、組み立てをお願いします。

■具体的には、簡単な金属加工(卓上CNCなど)や届いた部品の組み立てをして頂きます。

■状況とスキルによって、配線や在庫管理、発注などをお願いすることもあります。

■在庫のロボットの管理業務などもお願いします。

勤務時間・曜日:

・基本平日稼働。土日祝日休

・業務内容の都合で夏季が繁忙期のため、変形労働時間制を採用する可能性あり。

・変形労働時間制の場合、夏季は土曜出勤の週あり。

・9:00〜18:30(12:00〜13:00 休憩、実働8時間)

休暇・休日:

■週休2日制

■夏が繁忙期になります。

■夏季より冬季の休日日数が多い可能性があります。(冬季は祝日以外でも週末3連休の可能性があります。)

■急なお休みなどはかなり柔軟に対応できます。

勤務地:

■基本つくばでの勤務になります。

■敷地内に喫煙所あります。

アクセス:

■最寄り駅:研究学園駅

■車、バイク通勤可能です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,000,000 〜 ¥6,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥100,000〜¥150,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■昇給年1回、賞与年1~2回

■住宅手当(月3万円支給)

■通勤手当(月2万円上限)

(住宅手当か通勤手当はどちらかを選択してください)

実績や状況に応じて、下記の手当を支給。ただし、全員に一律支給ではありません。

給与・報酬: 4,000,000円 - 6,000,000円 年俸
