【主なお仕事について】

◆ 顧客メーカーへの技術課題解決・提案活動

Mail、電話、訪問を通じて技術的なサポートを実施

◆ 製品納入時の立会い・説明業務

新製品導入時の技術的フォローアップ

◆ 社内技術部門との連携

顧客からの要望を製品企画に反映させる重要な役割
