本格薪窯ピッツェリア『Pizzeria SALUTE』の料理長候補として、幅広い業務をお任せします。
メイン業務は、ナポリの上質な小麦粉を手ごねした高加水のピッツァを、本格薪窯で焼き上げる調理です
