仕事内容:

有名メーカーの人事労務部門で、給与計算補助や人件費などの請求額計算、請求書作成、従業員勤怠の集計などをお願いします。

・給与計算事務の補助作業(月次・年次)

・出向者人件費などの請求額の計算・請求書の作成(Excel使用)

・入社および退職者の情報・手続きの管理

・従業員勤怠の集計・チェック・確定・各種設定(専用システム使用)

・電話応対

・その他、庶務
