ポジションの主な職能

病院に導入済みのダビンチサージカルシステム(以下、「システム」)の稼働率を最大化す

る責務を担います。

基本的な職務

各地域の市場に合わせたコンサルティング型の営業活動を実施し、新製品の紹介や消耗品等の販売、症例数UPなど、個人の四半期毎の目標を達成する。
主要な手術手技におけるダビンチ手術の専門家として、手術チームの「パートナー」としての地位を確立する。
各手術チームへダビンチ手術プランを策定する等、適切な症例を検討、選択し、システムの継続的な使用を促すことで、ダビンチの稼動率を向上させる。
新規顧客先では、医師や医療スタッフと協力して、システムを効果的に活用していただけるよう立案、実行し、システムの継続的な利用を確保する。
潜在的な外科医へダビンチ手術への転向を促し、トレーニングを推進する。
システムを使用した手術に立会い、製品の安全使用のためにサポートする。
日報(営業・症例報告、営業活動の結果)や経費精算、社内オンライントレーニングや社内システムを使用した事務処理を行う。

資格

必須のスキルと経験

学士号以上または同等の学歴
最低3年以上の医療機器業界での営業経験
目標達成のために自主的に考え、行動した実績
目まぐるしく変化する環境下で活躍できる能力
誠実さ、素直さを兼ね備え、責任感を持った行動ができる方
MS Office(Excel/Word/PPT)の基礎的な知識
日本語ネイティブ、もしくはN1相当レベル
普通自動車運転免許(社用車で営業活動を行います)

望ましいスキルと経験

英語力
外科系医療機器業界経験者
新技術を市場に導入した経験
手術室環境に関する知識
臨床的な基礎知識

必須の教育とトレーニング

入社後、10-12週間のJCAST(Japan Clinical and Sales Training)プログラムを修了することが、試用期間の満了、および本採用の条件となります。
JCAST修了にはプログラム中に実施されるすべてのテストに合格する必要があります。

就労条件

初任地に関してご希望に添える形で応相談。ただし、将来的な転勤の可能性あり。
必要に応じて出張、夜間、および休日勤務が可能な方
