仕事内容:

アーキコアテクノでは、Javaを中心としたシステム・アプリケーション開発を通じて、企業の業務効率化やサービス改善を支援しています。IT技術の進化にともない、開発現場ではより柔軟で高品質なソリューションが求められており、当社はそのニーズに応える人材の育成と現場支援に力を入れています。

当社は、SES(システムエンジニアリングサービス)事業を基盤に、東京23区・川崎・横浜エリアを中心に、多様な業種のクライアント向けシステム開発を展開。未経験からでもエンジニアとして活躍できるよう、東京都公認の3ヶ月研修を通じて基礎力を徹底的に養成し、その後はOJT形式で現場スキルを習得していきます。

今回募集するポジションでは、Javaを用いた業務システムの開発に携わっていただきます。開発フェーズは、要件定義・設計・実装・テスト・運用保守まで幅広く、スキルに応じて段階的にステップアップできます。

また、未経験者には3日間の体験研修も用意しており、実際の研修内容やエンジニア業務の雰囲気を事前に体感いただけます。社内では定期的なキャリア面談や資格取得支援制度も整っており、長期的に成長できる環境をご用意しています。

【業務の詳細】

・Javaを用いた業務システム/アプリケーション開発

・単体テスト、結合テスト、簡易な実装からスタートし、順次設計・要件定義など上流工程にステップアップ

・顧客先常駐による開発業務(SES)

・先輩社員とのペア参画によるOJTサポートあり

・社内勉強会や資格取得支援による継続的スキルアップ
