仕事内容:
同社にて、品質管理をお任せします。
同社は三菱電機を主要取引先として、工作機械やFA機器、ロボットなどに使われる電磁開閉器向けのプラスチック成形品を加工、製造しています。
創業以来、熱硬化性樹脂を扱い、射出成形、圧縮成形で技術を磨いてきました。
その後、お客様の痒いところに手が届くようにと熱可塑性樹脂の取り扱いや穴あけなどの加工、アッセンブリとできることを増やしてきました。
ニッチな分野で強みを発揮できるよう技術を磨き、また、確かな品質と納期厳守により、お客様の信頼を獲得して継続的な取引に至っています。
<具体的には>
・製品の検査および測定管理、製造工程における良品生産維持指導(PDCAサイクル)
・仕入れ品の不具合時対応等
・不良品発生時の原因究明、及び対策立案、クレーム対応(対策書の作成と報告)
・各種書類管理(作業標準書、検査成績書など)
・ISOに準じた品質体制の維持・構築 など
