【業務内容】

有料老人ホームにて、日々のレクリエーションや体操を中心に、入居者さまが楽しく過ごせるようサポートします。イベントの準備や声かけ、見守りなど、笑顔を引き出すお仕事。身体的な負担は少なく、明るい雰囲気の職場です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

9:00 出勤・準備

9:30 体操・アクティビティ補助

11:30 昼食見守り・休憩

13:30 午後のレクリエーション(ゲーム・制作など)

15:30 お茶の時間・団らんサポート

17:00 記録・退勤

求める人材:

【必須】下記のうち1つ以上お持ちの方

・初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

・実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

*・介護福祉士

*資格が無くても施設での勤務経験が半年以上あればOK

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※日勤がメインになりますが、早番、遅番も可能ですので、希望の方はお気軽にご相談ください

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯などご希望をお聞かせください。

シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します
