仕事内容:

◆物流倉庫やマンション、駅などの屋根や壁の外装工事現場にて施工管理者として従事して頂きます
◆担当者の指示のもと、安全・工程・品質・検査等をお任せ致します
◆工事関連書類の作成や打合せに参加して頂く場合もございます
◆建設業界での施工管理経験が必須のお仕事です

◆中小ゼネコンでの施工管理経験がある方 ※歓迎
◆Word・Excelの基本操作が可能な方 ※必須
◆最後まで業務に責任をもって取り組める方
◆年齢問わずどんな方とも柔軟にコミュニケーションの取れる方
勤務時間・曜日:
08:00~17:00(休憩1h・実働8h)
※月10~30時間程度の残業がございますが、相談可能です
休暇・休日:
◆土・日・祝/年末年始休暇・GW・夏季休暇
◆継続就業6ヶ月後より有給休暇付与

給与:
時給1,800円~2,200円 ※スキル・ご経験に依り応相談
◆月収例:時給1,800円の場合=320,000円(2,000円×8h×21日)
◆残業代例:基本時給2,000円・20時間の場合=50,000円
