【仕事内容】
2026年新規OPENの児童発達支援・放課後等デイサービス事業所での
児童発達管理責任者さんを募集します。
新規出店に伴い、児童発達管理責任者として従事していただきます。
主には個別支援計画の作成、保護者さん・学校等とのミーティングを担当していただきます。
~~~~~1日の流れ(一例)~~~~~
■9:30~出社・一日の確認
■9:40~他店舗の送迎添乗や事務作業
■12:00~休憩
■13:00~送迎添乗
■15:00~子供たちが下校・お迎え
■16時~活動
■17時~送迎添乗
■18時~終礼
■18時30分~帰社
※平均残業時間5時間程度

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥342,000 〜 ¥420,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(19時間相当分)を含む。19時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
