神戸市の公共サービスに関する自治体関連コールセンター。

【お仕事内容】

・市のイベント、住民票発行などに関する問合わせ対応

・FAQ・市ホームページを確認しながらの案内

・担当部署や専用窓口の電話番号案内

・回答が難しい場合は所轄課職員へ転送

・対応履歴の入力

【業務量】

・1時間あたり約12件、1件あたり2分+後処理1分程度

・受電中心(発信はほぼなし)
