- 业务拓展与资源开发
依据公司整体发展战略规划,统筹区域内业务拓展工作,主动挖掘潜在合作机会(如商圈合作、渠道共建等),开发并维护区域内核心合作资源,提升公司业务在区域市场的覆盖率与影响力。
- 目标管理与结果达成
承接公司战略目标,结合区域市场特点进行目标拆解,制定可落地的区域年度 / 季度 / 月度
工作划;全程跟踪目标执行进度,及时调整策略解决执行障碍,确保区域业务目标(如销售额、拓展指标等)高效达成。
- 团队建设与管理
负责区域团队的搭建、培养与激励,包括人员招聘、技能培训、绩效评估等;建立高效的团队协作机制,提升团队成员业务能力与凝聚力,打造稳定且具备战斗力的区域团队。
岗位要求:
学历背景:大专及以上学历,专业不限,具备市场营销、企业管理相关专业背景者优先;
行业经验:1-3 年快消行业线下拓展经验,熟悉区域市场运作模式;若有商圈、写字楼、高校渠道资源,或咖啡、茶饮、连锁便利店行业拓展经验,将予以优先考虑;
能力素质:具备强烈的目标感与成就动机,属于销售型人才,擅长主动开拓市场;同时具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力及团队管理能力,能承受一定的工作压力。
其他要求:能接受区域内短期支援性出差,具备较强的责任心与执行力,认同公司企业文化与发展理念。
