仕事内容:

【保育園の運営サポート業務】

・入退園する児童の書類準備や手続き

・保護者様の見学対応

・自治体や関係機関への書類作成、提出

【労務管理、経理業務】

・毎日のお子さんの出席簿、スタッフの出勤簿の管理

・小口現金の管理

・保育料、運営費の請求業務

【その他】

・法人本部と園の連絡調整

・空いた時間は保育補助をしていただきます

園長が行う事務作業と児童の集客を主に行っていただきます。

園の経営において重要なお仕事です。

・保育事業会社本部で勤務経験がある方

・保育士資格をお持ちの方

・ルートセールス経験がある方

・福祉、教育業界で勤務経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

≪シフト例≫

・9時00分~18時00分

・8時30分~17時30分

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制

育児休業(取得実績あり)

年次有給休暇は法定通り(系列園では有給取得率100%)

◇企業主導型保育園「りありのきっず大阪」 ※同法人が運営する姉妹園に配属になる場合があります。
