SUMMARY
業務内容

The individual in this position will assist in the use of software, including CAD, when a dental technician creates a treatment plan using orthodontic appliances (clear aligners) based on the instructions of the customer (dentist).

歯科技工士が、カスタマー(歯科医師)の指示に基づき歯科矯正器具(クリアアライナー)を用いた治療計画を作成する際、歯科技工士の指示に従ってCAD含むソフトウェアの使用を補佐する。

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

必須業務と責任

Following the instructions of the dental technician, assist with technical aspects of PC operations such as image adjustments on the software.

The above tasks are carried out using our company's proprietary Treat software tool and are implemented after receiving training provided by our company.

To improve services and customer satisfaction, propose improvements if any issues are found in the procedures or processes.
Acquire and understand the necessary knowledge for the job and proficiently use the PC.
Proceed with tasks efficiently while ensuring quality.
歯科技工士の指示に従い、ソフトウェア上で画像の調整等のPC操作技術面からの補佐を行う。
上記作業は、当社独自のTreatソフトウェアツールを用いるため、当社が提供する研修を受けたうえで実施する。
サービスおよび顧客満足度向上のために、手順やプロセスに改善点が見つかれば改善案を提案する。
業務に必要な知識を獲得・理解し、PCを使いこなす。
品質を担保しながら効率的に業務を進める。

対応症例数、平均の応時間、対応した症例の質などのパフォーマンス指標を満たすように業務を進める。

専門知識・スキルについて

Utilize the software skills and work experience acquired through training and practical work and perform tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Perform tasks to meet the established standards (number of cases, quality, compliance with customers).
研修や実務を通じて取得したソフトウェアの技術や業務経験を用い、会社方針・手順に従って業務を遂行する。
設定された基準(症例数・品質・顧客へのコンプライアンス)を満たすように業務を遂行する。

Supervision

監督

Perform tasks according to predetermined procedures. Follow the instructions of the supervisor, group leader, or dental technician.
あらかじめ定められた手順に従って業務を行う。スーパーバイザーまたはグループリーダー、あるいは歯科技工士の指示に従って業務を行う。

Experience/Qualification

必要な経験・資格について

Experience in creating documents and sending emails using a PC.
Experience with CAD software is a plus.

If there is no experience using a PC, having a dental hygienist qualification and the necessary dental knowledge and clinical experience for the job is required.

0-2 years of directly related experience.
パソコンを使用した文書作成やメール配信の経験
CADソフト使用経験があれば尚良し
パソコンの使用経験がない場合は、歯科衛生士の資格を有し、業務に必要な歯科知識や臨床経験を持っていること
0~2年の関連した業務経験


LANGUAGE

Required:
Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)

English reading, writing, and speaking skills are a plus.

WORK HOURS/ 就業時間について

Working hours in accordance with the company's employment regulations: 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM (1-hour lunch break or 45-minute lunch break plus a 15-minute afternoon break)

会社の就業規則に則る勤務時間:9:00~17:45(1時間のお昼休憩または45分のお昼休憩+15分の午後休憩)
