We seek an experienced Applications Engineer to collaborate with our sales team to serve customers and develop new business. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for application design, problem-solving, and a constant drive to close sales. You will be working with our sales team in Shin-Yokohama.
The ideal candidate should have experience providing personalized and cost-effective intralogistics solutions, collaborating with the sales team, and developing and assessing project technical concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales department to provide proposals, technical communication, and product applications during presales and the project phase.
Assist with conceptual engineering, layout, and project design execution.
Provide detailed product layout design, mechanical design, technical drawings, and a Bill of Materials (BoM) list.
Design standard or non-standard mechanical engineering machines for the logistics field
Offer technical expertise to the production and project operation teams during assembly or onsite installation.
Liaising with our factory teams regarding product schedules and delivery timelines.
Troubleshooting and performing urgent maintenance services on our systems in customer sites.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Inventor
Accurate, independent, and systematic working style
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork, learning, and flexibility
