1. CIA 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

At least 10+ years of IT implementation experience in Automotive or Financial 

Services Industry, or equivalent industries 

At least 3+ years of experience delivering modern technology stacks using cloud, 

such as microservices and Infrastructure-as-Code 

Hands-on experience on development for application and/or infrastructure 

Hands-on experience on architecting and solutioning highly available distributed 

systems 

Hands-on experience on designing and implementing continuous integration 

platforms such as Jenkins 

Enterprise architecture experience for distributed systems, and cloud 

implementation including network, compute, storage and virtualization 

Customer facing skills to represent AWS within customers' environments and drive 

discussions with senior stakeholders 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders (Japanese 

language preferred along with English as second language) 

Track record of implementing distributed systems using AWS services 

Experience with architecting, designing, and developing cloud native applications and 

microservices in AWS Cloud environment 

Experience managing microservices and distributed system platforms end-to-end 

Experience on developing with containers, Kubernetes, serverless, or relevant 

application frameworks 

Experience with emergent technologies will be highly favorable, such as High 

Performance Computing (HPC), Internet of Things (IoT), AI/ML 

Hands on familiarity with popular Infrastructure-as-Code platforms such as AWS 

CDK or Terraform 

Comfortable with one or more popular full stack programming languages such as 

Java, Golang, Typescript or Python 

Strong application development experience on Linux and/or Windows based systems 

Experience leading certification or accreditation of cloud workload(s) to meet 

regulatory or industry standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO26262 

2. SRC 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

• Communication skills to lead information sharing and discussions as an AWS representative at the customer site 

• Skills to advance projects in collaboration with customers, partners, and other departments within a company 

• Consulting ability to understand business needs and identify and resolve technical issues based on your knowledge and experience related to security (actual consultancy experience is not required) 

• Experience in enterprise security design/construction in one or more of the following areas (identity and access management/data protection/infrastructure security such as networks/logging and monitoring) 

• Experience in cyber security design and implementation in one or more of the following areas (application security, identity and access management/data protection/infrastructure security such as networks/logging and monitoring). 

• Business level Japanese reading, document writing, and conversation skills with customers, partners, and colleagues including other departments. 

• Conversational English skills to communicate with internal teams 

• This is a customer-facing role. When appropriate and safe, we will ask you to travel to client locations to deliver professional services when needed. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience in performing security assessments and security architecture of network, operating systems and application security on-premise and in the cloud 

• Experience providing software engineering best practices (source code reviews, source code management, build processes, testing, release and change management, automation) 

• Working knowledge of the software development life cycle (SLDC) and agile/iterative methodologies 

• Hands-on technical expertise in building security capabilities in code and deploying infrastructure in code. 

• CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CCSP certifications 

• Hands-on technical expertise in technology automation, implementation, integration, and/or deployment 

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges 

• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and risk reporting for executive leadership 

• Proven background in clearly writing complex technical documents that can be presented across a varied enterprise corporate audience
