【三重(鈴鹿)】原薬および製剤の品質管理業務 ※住友化学GP:大手製薬メーカー
【仕事内容】
<職務内容>当社の基幹工場である鈴鹿工場において、以下の医療用医薬品を中心とした医薬品生産の品質管理業務を担当していただきます。
鈴鹿工場では、一般的な固形製剤を始め、口腔内崩壊錠、注射剤、液剤、坐剤と多岐にわたる品目を扱い、それらの商用生産のための幅広い業務に対応しており、微生物試験では再生医療製品に関連する試験も行っています。さらに大阪にバイオ関係の試験室も有しています。
・原薬、原料、包装資材、製剤バルク、製剤包装品の試験管理業務
・試験検査者の指導育成、トラブル対応・試験法検討、新規技術導入検討

鈴鹿工場では治験薬製造及び初期商用生産をカバーする施設も有しており、国内外の開発から商用まで、幅広く関わることができ、経験と意欲に応じて製品のライフサイクルに応じた様々な業務やマネジメント経験を積むことができます。
品質管理業務は工場全体の活動・案件に関与することになります。
そのため、品質管理業務経験者は工場におけるモノづくり全般やプロジェクトマネジメントに関する知識や経験を積むことができます。将来においては、品質保証や技術検討などの生産部門をはじめとして、生産の企画部門や製造販売業の品質保証部門、薬事部門などでの活躍を視野に入れて、各人の資質や希望を踏まえてキャリアパスを描くことも可能です。
また、GMPを遵守する一方で常に変革し続けることを推進しており、これからの新たな鈴鹿工場を自ら作り上げる意気込みを尊重し、ご自身の強みを存分に発揮してもらうとともに、更なる成長を後押しします。
<職場の雰囲気>当試験第1グループは、業務が多岐に渡る中で一人一人が強みを持ち、相互に共有して刺激し合える職場であり、「自分の携わった製品を 自分の大切な人に 自信を持って勧められるか」を信条に試験業務を遂行しております。日本のGMPをはじめ、PIC/S GMP、CGMPといった最新の情報を共有し、グローバル対応を日常的に進めております。
スタッフ、試験検査者共に中堅、ベテランといえる40~50代が中心でありますが、近年は新入社員の採用も進んできています。また、男女の比率は半々です。皆さんプライベートと仕事を両立させながら会社生活を送っており、三重県鈴鹿市にありながら関西地区出身者が多数を占めるため、非常にパワーにあふれています。

500万円~1000万円※年収は裁量労働手当を含みます。経験、前職等を考慮し決定します。昇給:年1回(7月)賞与:年2回(7月、12月)
