【紹介予定派遣とは】

最長6ヵ月間の派遣期間終了後、直接雇用を前提としたお仕事です。

最初は派遣スタッフとして勤務し、双方合意のもとで直接雇用へ移行します。

支店内の事務全般をお願いします

まずは先輩方のサポートからスタート

・指示通りに専用システムへの入力

・資料の作成や修正

・電話対応、来客対応 など

2年以内を目処に『管理業務主任者』資格を取得して

「ジュニアフロント」として活躍・成長出来る職場です

  • 資格取得後は手当UP+お祝い金ももらえます

ご経験に応じて出来る事から少しずつ順番に

お願いしていきますのでご安心ください

短期(1~6ヶ月以内)

即日~最長6ヵ月、以降、双方合意のもと派遣先へ転籍

完全週休2日(土日祝休み)

9:00~18:00(実働8時間) ※フレックスタイム制あり

月 給:252,000円~

※ 固定残業代 (1ヵ月あたり35時間分)

  • 固定残業時間を超えた場合、別途支給

※ 一律手当

  • 一律暫定資格手当(2年以内に「管理業務主任者」資格を取得することを条件に支給)
  • 通勤・皆勤・家族手当、その他手当

賞 与:年2回(入社半年経過後)
