【ミッション】

人事企画責任者として、企業の戦略目標を達成するための労務管理および人事施策の立案・実行を推進頂きます。

【業務概要】

企業の戦略目標を達成するための労務管理および人事施策の立案・実行を担当します。

組織の成長と安定を支えるため、労働法規の遵守、職場環境の改善、従業員のエンゲージメント向上を目的とした施策の策定など、幅広い人事課題に取り組みます。

経営陣や関連部門と連携し、データに基づいた意思決定を行いながら、持続可能で競争力のある人事戦略を構築します。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 人事戦略の企画・立案

・経営目標に基づき、短期・中長期の人事戦略を策定

・人材構成の分析を通じて、組織全体の最適化を推進

・労務管理の強化を含む、包括的な人事ポリシーの作成と実施

  • 労務管理およびコンプライアンスの推進

・労働法規(労働基準法、労働安全衛生法など)の遵守状況を監視し、必要な対応を実施

・労働時間管理、休暇取得促進、各種労働契約の適正運用の確保

・社内規程の改定および従業員への周知・教育を行い、コンプライアンス意識の向上を図る

  • 勤怠管理と給与計算の統制

・労働時間、残業時間、休暇の適正管理を行い、労働生産性の向上をサポート

・給与計算プロセスの正確性と効率性を確保し、関連部門と連携してシステム運用を最適化

・給与データの分析を通じ、報酬に関する改善提案を行う

  • 報酬・評価制度の設計・運用

・組織のパフォーマンス向上を目的とした報酬制度や評価制度の設計・見直し

・社内外の市場調査に基づき、競争力ある報酬パッケージを構築

・評価プロセスの公平性と透明性を確保し、従業員のモチベーションを高める施策を推進

  • 労使関係の調整と職場環境の改善

・労使関係を良好に保つための施策を実施

・職場環境の改善を目的とした各種施策の企画・実施(例:メンタルヘルス対策、安全衛生管理)

・労務リスクの早期発見と対処を行い、労働争議の予防策を策定

  • 人事データベースの設計・分析と施策の効果測定

・人事データベースの設計

・人事データ(離職率、勤怠状況、従業員満足度等)を分析し、データに基づいた意思決定をサポート

・各種施策の効果を測定し、PDCAサイクルを回して継続的な改善を図る

※その他、ご経験に合わせて業務をお任せしていきます。

【必須要件】

  • 人事企画部門でのマネジメント経験( 5年以上)
  • 下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・人事領域における新規施策の検討や既存制度の見直し、法改正対応、システム導入の経験

・人事データの分析に基づく施策立案・実行経験

・報酬・評価制度に関する知識と実務経験

・1000名以上の組織規模での人事企画経験
