大手鉄道会社グループで、人事・労務の事務サポートをお願いします。

各種保険関連の手続きや年末調整関連の事務処理、健康診断関連業務などをお任せします。

※週3~4日勤務&時短勤務の相談可能

※お休みの相談がしやすい環境で、子育て世代にもおススメです

・各種保険関連の手続き、書類作成:傷病手当金、休業給付、介護休業など

・年末調整関連の事務処理、社員からの質問対応

・健康診断受診管理

・各種データ入力、確認作業(Officeソフト、採用管理ツール、労務管理ツールなどを使用)

・書類管理:ファイリング、保守

・電話対応(受発信)

※郵便局などへの外出あり
