仕事内容:

「教える」から、「共に探求する」へ。

子どもたちの「やりたい」を起点に、

大人も一緒に成長していく学びの場――学び舎トーカ。

私たちは子どもたちを、

「学習航海者(=自分の興味や問いを頼りに、迷いながらも学びを進めていく存在)」

と捉えています。

不登校、学校への違和感、生きづらさ。

いまの子どもたちは、簡単に答えの出ない問いを抱えています。

だからこそトーカでは、

誰かや環境のせいにするのではなく、

「自分に何ができるか」を問い続ける関わりを大切にしています。

経験やスキルよりも必要なのは、

子ども一人ひとりと向き合おうとする姿勢。

服装・髪型自由。

あなた自身の在り方が、そのまま教育になります。

★仕事内容について

子どもたちの「伴走者」として関わる仕事です

トーカが求めているのは、

「勉強を教える指導員」ではありません。

子どもの興味・感情・つまずきに向き合い、

一緒に考え、試し、振り返るファシリテーターです。

  • 子どもの「やりたい」を形にする
  • 外遊び、ボードゲーム、実験、料理、アート、ゲームなど
  • 子どもの「好き」から始まる探究活動を一緒に企画・実行

勤務時間・曜日:

・曜日固定制

・1日6時間程度勤務(9:30~15:00)

・月~木の4日間 ※キャンパス長は別日もあります

・キャンパス長は金~日に1か月に1~3回イベント勤務あり(前月に決定します)、その他業務あり※報酬も変わります

休暇・休日:

・長期休み(GW、夏休み、秋休み、年末年始冬休み、春休み等)あります

ウェルビーイングに生活しつつ、仕事に没頭できる環境を用意

・金土日はイベントがある場合もありますが希望しない限りお休みです(※キャンパス長候補は参加必須のイベントがあります。それでも年間休日170日以上)
