<概要>
このポジションは、輸出入通関サービスを顧客に提供します。税関、国内外顧客、関連各部門との連携を行いながら、通関サービス業務を遂行して頂きます。
【業務内容】
輸出入通関業務(輸出入申告内容の確認、申告書類の作成)
顧客からの調査依頼に関する対応
国内外からの指示事項への対応
データ集計、各種レポート作成
税関との折衝
税関検査立ち合い(一部現場作業を含みます)
【必要なスキル】
通関業務に対する知識、経験(通関士資格があれば尚可)
コミュニケーション能力(対顧客、対税関、チームメンバー、他部署との連携)
PC スキル(Word, Excel)- Excelは関数、マクロなどできれば尚可
時間管理能力
流暢な日本語レベル(国籍不問)
英語コミュニケーション能力(ライティング、読解力)
