仕事内容:

  • 「設計」と「現場」、両方のスキルが身につく希少な環境
  • 月給23万円スタート。賞与・昇給あり
  • MT免許取得サポートあり未経験からプロへ
  • 狭山丘陵を拠点に、自然に寄り添う庭づくり

具体的な業務の流れ:

  • 設計・提案(Assistant): 手描き、Photoshop、CAD等を使った作図や提案資料の作成補助。実力に応じて、どんどん設計をお任せします。
  • 造園施工(Field Work): 図面をもとに、実際の空間をつくります。土壌改良、整地、石張り、芝張り、植栽(雑木や草花の配置)、外構構造物等
  • 育成・管理(Maintenance): つくって終わりではありません。自然樹形を活かした雑木ならではの剪定を行い、美しい庭へと育てていきます。

【入社後のイメージ】 まずは先輩と一緒に現場に入り、道具の名前や使い方、植物の種類を覚えることからスタート。現場の空気感を肌で感じながら、同時に設計業務にも携わっていただきます。 未経験の方でも丁寧にサポートしますのでご安心ください。経験者は優遇します。

求める人材:

必須: 普通自動車免許(AT限定可・MT推奨)

  • 業務ではMT車を使用します
  • 自力で作業場(所沢市山口)まで通勤できる方(車・バイク・自転車等)

経験: 未経験者歓迎、経験者優遇

給与:

月給 230,000円 以上 ※経験・能力を考慮して決定します。

※設計補佐業務のみご希望の場合は、パート・アルバイトにてご相談にのります。

【年収例】

  • 入社1年目(未経験):年収 300万円〜
  • 経験者・職長クラス:実力に応じ応相談
  • 実力主義で評価します。できることが増えればしっかり給与に還元します。

勤務時間: 8:00 ~ 17:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

※現場により多少前後します。暗くなったら作業終了です。
