私たちは、お客様のバイクライフをより快適で楽しいものにすることを目指し、バイクを愛するライダーと共に成長し続けています

今回は、お客様のお問い合わせ対応を通じて、より良いサービスを提供する カスタマーサポートメンバー を募集します。

バイクに詳しい方・バイクを愛する方、大歓迎

「ただの問い合わせ対応」ではなく、能動的に動いてお客様の満足度を最大化するカスタマーサービスを目指しています

あなたの知識や経験を活かして、お客様に寄り添ったサポートをしませんか?

● お問い合わせ対応とお客様サポート(メール・電話・SNS)

在庫確認、納期のご案内、商品仕様に関する問い合わせ対応

注文のキャンセル・返品・交換の受付

仕入先(メーカー・問屋)との確認・連携

お客様のご要望に合わせた最適な提案(クロスセル・アップセル含む)

配送や注文に関する問題の解決

※ メール対応が約8割、電話対応が約2割 です。

● バイク知識を活かした情報提供

お客様のバイクライフをより良くするための情報提供

(例)「このバイクにはこのパーツが適合するのか?」「このオイルはどの車種に使えるのか?」といった実際の問い合わせ内容に対応

バイク用品や部品に関する専門的なアドバイス

バイク好きなお客様とのコミュニケーションを楽しみながら、ライダー同士の信頼関係を築く

お客様の潜在的なニーズを引き出す

● CRM管理・業務改善

CRMデータの管理・更新

お客様満足度調査の実施とフィードバックの収集

お問い合わせ対応の品質向上・業務の効率化に向けた改善提案

FAQやマニュアルの更新・整備

● 他部署との連携・サービス向上

「お問い合わせ導線」の改善、UI/UXの向上

店舗運営部署との連携によるサービス設計

・日常的にネットショッピングされている方

・日常的にパソコンを使用されている方(仕事・プライベート問わず)

・コミュニケーション力のある方

・基本的なPC操作スキル(タイピング・ショートカット等)がある方

・お客様や取引先との電話連絡や、クレーム対応・折衝に抵抗がない方

・ECサイトの運営やサポート経験がある方

・販売・接客業での経験がある方(特にバイク用品・部品関連)

・オートバイを所有し乗られている方

・カスタマーサポートやコールセンターの経験がある方

・複数メンバーのマネジメント・リーダー経験

・EC運営経験、もしくはECのカスタマーサポート経験

・データ分析、統計分析の経験

・クラウドの活用や、Excel、Googleスプレッドシートの経験

・オートバイを所有し乗られている方

・ バイクに興味・知識がある方(バイクの種類やパーツについて詳しい方、大歓迎)

・ バイク用品・部品の販売経験がある方(バイクショップやメカニック経験者も活かせます)

・ カスタマーサポート・接客・販売・営業の経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00

月曜日のみ8:30出社です(30分は残業扱いとなります)

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土・日)
