お客様向けBtoBのWebサイト(お客様マイページ、コーポレートサイト等)の新機能開発/既存機能改修の要求とりまとめや、実装時のユーザーテスト、実装後の運用業務を社内SEとしてご担当いただきます。
【業務の特徴】
Webサイトの行動ログや社内の顧客データ、お客様対応窓口からの生のお客様の声をもとに、お客様に寄り添ったより良い機能を考えて開発を進めます。公開サイトとしての見せ方の改善、さまざまな社内システムとの連携案件を形にしていきます。システム開発ありきではなく、お客様に寄り添った立場で、自身が立案した自社Webサイトの企画を主体的に考えて開発を進めることができます。

■新コンテンツ・機能の企画支援。考えた企画をシステムとして形にして開発フェーズにつなげていく作業。

■企画策定後の新コンテンツ・機能の開発要求をまとめ、要件として整理
■整理した要件を社内の情報システム部に連携
■社内の情報システム部が開発したコンテンツ・機能のユーザーテストとリリース調整
■リリース後のコンテンツ・機能の不具合・調査対応

■第一種運転免許普通自動車

■CMS(コンテンツ管理システム)のシステム管理・運用経験
■AI、RPAの企画・開発・運用経験
■顧客を軸としたWeb行動データと基幹業務の連携等のデータ基盤の企画/開発/導入経験
