【ポジション】

名古屋市中川区のグループホームで、介護業務全般を担当していただきます。

【主なお仕事について】

・排泄介助、食事介助、服薬介助といった日常生活のサポート業務を担当します

・入浴・身体の清拭・部分浴など、清潔保持に関わる業務を行います

・更衣・洗面・整容、起床・就寝介助といった生活リズムのサポートをします

・清掃・一般的な調理・ベッドメイク・買物・薬の受取りなどの生活支援業務も担当します

個別介護計画を作成することにより、利用者が必要とする適切なサービスを提供します。利用者及びその家族に対し、サービスの内容及び提供方法についてわかりやすく説明することを大切にしており、適切な介護技術を持ってサービス提供できる環境です。

月給は210,000円~319,000円で、基本給150,000円~180,000円に加えて、職能手当36,000円~80,000円、支援補助金9,000円、夜勤手当2,500円/回が支給されます。該当する方には家族手当5,000円、資格手当10,000円~30,000円、土日出勤手当1,250円~2,500円も支給されます。賞与は年2回で前年度実績は180,000円~500,000円です。マイカー通勤可能で駐車場完備、地下鉄東山線高畑駅から徒歩8分の立地です。社会保険完備で、定年制は一律67歳、再雇用制度は上限80歳まで、転勤もありません。
