  • 開催日時:1月24日(土) 2部制 ※実施方法:Web(Teams)を想定

・午前の部(1次面接:10:00開始/最終面接:11:30開始)

・午後の部(1次面接:13:00開始/最終面接:14:30開始)

※いずれも面接所要時間は最大1時間を想定しております。

仕事内容


当社は戦略・業務・IT等、様々なテーマでクライアントの支援を行なっている総合コンサルティングファームです。クライアントは保険・証券、製造業、通信メディアなどの民間企業にとどまらず、公共分野に至るまで多種多様です。

また、事業をリードする経営陣・MD陣は開発経験のあるテクノロジー知見に長けたメンバーと、クライアントに価値提供するためには戦略やビジネスモデル構築に加え、それを支える質の高いアプリケーションや技術力が必要であると強く理解したMBBや外資系総合ファームStrategy部門出身者が融合し、戦略立案からその実行までEnd to Endで支援を行っております。

業界を代表する大手企業を中心としたクライアントに対し、テクノロジーを活用した経営課題解決を支援するコンサルティングサービスに従事いただきます。

・Onboarding Program:

コンサルタントとしてのマインドセット、基礎スキル(リサーチ、Excel/PowerPoint基礎、論点設計、ロジカルシンキングなど)を習得いただきます。

・ITベースキャンプ:

IT経験の浅い方もスムーズにオンボーディングできるよう、業界でも定評のあるシンプレクスの新入社員研修をカスタマイズし、約1か月にわたりIT知見を高めるトレーニングを集中して実施します。(要件定義やプロジェクト計画立案に加えて仮想プロジェクトデリバリーなどの模擬プロジェクトを実施します。)

・フォローアップ研修:

入社後2~3か月後の振り返り、スムーズなオンボーディングに向けたサポートを行います。

・アドホック研修:

必要な知見を随時キャッチアップいただくためのトレーニングです。(各業界の専門知見、データ分析、AI・ブロックチェーンなどの先端技術活用、ITガバナンス、プロジェクト計画策定など)

・階層別研修:

新職位(マネージャー)へのプロモーション時に必要なスキルを習得するためのトレーニングです。(チームビルディング、セールスアクション、マネージャーのマインドセット等)

応募資格

  • コンサルティングファーム経験者
  • 必須要件

・コンサルティングファームでの実務経験 丸1年以上(担当業界不問)

・システム開発のご経験1年以上

  • 歓迎スキル・経験

・AI活用、Blockchain活用、DXを検討されている企業様に向けたコンサルティング業務経験

  • 人物像

・強い当事者意識を持ち、セルフスターターであること。

・デリバリー、組織運営両面に関心をもち、貢献できること。
