Duties
- Collaborate with senior architects on design development
- Participate in all project phases—from concept to construction
- 3D modeling, rendering, and CAD drawing
- Coordinate with stakeholders, negotiate terms, and present proposals
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in architecture (university or technical school)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Individual strengths or unique abilities
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or part-time experience in design
- Awards or recognition in competitions or academic work
- Proficiency in Rhinoceros and rendering
- Business-level English or Chinese
Software
- AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Enscape, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Word, Excel, Google Workspace
Working Conditions
Holidays & Leave
- 5-day workweek, national holidays, paid leave, summer vacation, year-end/New Year holidays, condolence leave
- Over 120 days off per year

Work Hours
- Flexible working system (8 hours per day)
- Core time: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm (including 60-minute break)
- No late-night work between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am; early morning overtime encouraged if needed
Office Locations
- Tokyo Office: Jiyugaoka, Meguro-ku, Tokyo
- (Renovated traditional house with an attached gallery)
- Shanghai Office: available upon request
- Kita-Kamakura Office: scheduled to open in 2027
