映写スクリーン制作スタジオにおけるミシン縫製スタッフ(再応募可)

仕事内容:

映写スクリーンを制作しているクラフトスタジオです。

・専用の生地をミシン縫製で製品に仕上げていただきます。

・家庭用と同じサイズのミシンで直線縫いのみ、複雑な操作はいりませんので、趣味でミシン縫製をしたことがある程度の方でOK。

・2025年5月に新規オープンした綺麗な制作スタジオで、お好きな音楽やラジオ等を聴きながらリラックスして作業が可能です。

・スタジオは土日も含め、9時~21時までオープンしているので、ご都合の良い時間でシフトを組んで勤務いただけます。

アピールポイント:

・工場ではなく空調の効いたウッドフローリングの綺麗な制作スタジオです。

・業務難易度は高くないのでスタッフが丁寧にお教えします。

・業務を覚えたら、イヤホンをして好きな音楽やラジオなどを聞きながら作業OKです。

・服装や髪型は完全自由。

・少人数なのでアットホームにご勤務いただけます。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

趣味又は仕事で、ミシンを扱ったことのある方(複雑な経験はいりません。基礎的な直線縫い経験があればOK)

業容拡大につき追加募集となります。以前一度ご応募いただき、その際はご縁がなかったかの再応募も歓迎しております。

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制:

1日6時間以上で皆様のご希望に合わせて設定。

コアタイム10:00~15:00、一日6時間以上、週2回前後働ける方。

※夕方以降勤務開始希望の方もご相談ください。

休暇・休日:

シフト制

9:00~21:00(土日祝含む)の間で、1日6時間以上・週2回前後勤務可能な方(なるべくご都合に合わせた希望のシフトを調整します)。

主婦の方や子育て中の方でも大丈夫です。急な欠勤な早退にも柔軟に対応可能です。

法定条件を満たす方にはもちろん社会保険や有給休暇も取得可能です。

アクセス:

JR常磐線「亀有」駅徒歩2分

自転車通勤もOK

給与:

時給1300円~。

8時間超の労働または休日出勤は時間外割増支給。
