仕事内容


月給33~38万円+賞与あり。

深夜なし×駅徒歩1分で"店長キャリア"を安定して築く。

"北海道のうまいもの"を集めた専門店で、

売場づくりからチームづくりまで担える店長候補募集です。

接客・レジ・品出しなど基本業務からスタートし、

慣れたら発注や販促、レイアウト、シフト作成・育成など店舗運営の中核へ。

当社は、日本航空グループの商社であるJALUXのグループ会社です。

航空会社ならではの安心感で長期安定して働くことができます。

商業施設内でテナント終了時間までの営業のため深夜勤務なし。

車・バイク・自転車通勤OKのケースも(施設規定)。頑張りは賞与制度でしっかり評価します。

【仕事内容】

・接客/レジ/品出し/ソフトクリーム提供

・売場の商品レイアウト、発注・在庫管理

・販売・キャンペーン企画の実施

・スタッフのシフト作成、育成・マネジメント

・店舗数値の管理、改善施策の実行

※経験に応じて段階的にお任せします

・販売/接客/飲食などの経験(業界不問)

・店長やリーダー経験がある方歓迎(副店長・主任等もOK)

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 22日

10:00~21:00の間でシフト制(実働8h/休憩60分)

商業施設内のため「テナント終了時間まで」の営業で、深夜営業なし

基本は残業を増やさない運用(状況により調整あり)

週休2日制(月8日以上)

年間休日105日

有給休暇(入社半年後付与)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 31万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円 〜 3万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

※店長手当5万円含む
