仕事内容

現場で活躍する清掃スタッフの労務管理から、お客様との折衝までをお任せします。

具体的には・・・

<こんな仕事をお任せします>

  • 現場で活躍するスタッフの採用・育成・労務管理
  • 各現場の定期巡回・清掃業務(現場の欠員状況による)
  • お客様や入居するテナントとの各種折衝

  • 各種書類の作成 など

  • ベテランによるOJTでイチから全て学べます

  • 現在はベテランが新入社員に優しく仕事を教えていくスタイル。

右も左もわからない状態からしっかり成長していくことができます。

給与


月給22万円以上

基本給180,000円

調整手当40,000円

※上記はあくまで最低給与額です。

経験・能力・資格を考慮して決定します。

※時間外手当、深夜手当、賞与は別途支給いたします。

  • 支払い方法:月1回
  • 交通費:全額支給

8:45~17:30

<一日のスケジュール例>

メールチェック、FAXの返信

任される現場の巡回(主に午前中)

午後は会社で提案資料の作成や事務処理

※残業は月20~30h

資格・経験

  • 業界未経験者も歓迎
  • 基本的なPC操作あり
  • 未経験・第二新卒歓迎
  • ビルメンテナンス・清掃業務を経験者を歓迎します。

仕事を覚えるまでスタッフが丁寧に指導しますので、未経験の方でも安心してご応募ください。
