Main Mission & Objective:

日本の顧客のニーズにあったサービス体制を構築し、設置前事前調査、設置、修理及び保守サービスを営業部門及びマーケティングと連携を取りながら実施する。顧客からの技術的問い合わせの回答を行い、苦情・不具合について、品質保証部門と連権しながら、問題解決にあたる。USA本社の技術部門と連携を取りながら、高いレベルの技術サポートを行えるように最新の技術情報を学び実践をする。高いサービス品質を顧客に提供をする。

Main Responsibilities:

  • O-arm(X線画像撮影System)の設置、定期保守、修理などを含むフィールドサービス
  • 上記装置の操作指導(術中の立会い含む)及び保守契約締結業務
  • クライオ・アブレーションシステムの設置、定期保守、修理などを含むフィールドサービス
  • ダイヤモンド・テンプ・アブレーションシステムの設置、定期保守を含むフィールサービス
  • システムに関する顧客(医療従事者、代理店担当者等)からの不具合・苦情の問い合わせ対応
  • 新規製品、他部署の製品の修理・点検業務(フィールドサービス、内勤業務を含む)
  • 点検修理前後の臨床(術中)手技立会い

Requirements :

  • 理工系学士(4年生大学卒)以上
  • 理工系学士でなくても、現在業務が"Preferred Skill"を満たしているのであれば、そちらを優先します
  • 普通自動車免許
  • 良好なコミュニケーション能力
  • MSオフィス(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)を用いた文書作成に必要なPCスキル
  • 宿泊を伴う国内及び海外出張ができること
  • 必要に応じて、夜間及び休日の作業に対応できること

Preferred Skills:

  • 英語力(日常英会話対応レベル、TOEIC400点以上が望ましい)
  • 電機/機械工学分野での業務経験
  • 臨床工学技士
  • 医療機器の修理経験
  • X線作業主任者
  • 医療機器修理業責任技術者
  • 不整脈業界での業務経験
  • 薬事法等に関する基礎知識
