Job Title: Cinical Support Specialist

Job Description: As a Cinical Support Specialist, you will utilize your qualifications as a radiology technologist to specialize in vascular imaging and surgical image equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer-focused training before new installations or initial deliveries
  • Conducting demonstrations at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key customers through technical support
  • Supporting national user groups
  • Handling customer inquiries through call support and remote assistance
  • Collecting clinical information from product use, creating materials, and providing feedback internally

Required Qualifications: Must have obtained a radiology technologist license prior to joining the company

Salary and Benefits: The position offers competitive monthly salaries ranging from 325,000 yen to 440,000 yen, along with commuter allowances and additional benefits such as bonuses, salary increments, and a 6-month probation period.
