仕事内容:

名古屋に本社を置く設計事務所で、競技場や体育館、ビル施設などの自治体が管理する公共建築物の積算(工事に必要な金額の算出)をお願いします。

最初は簡単な業務から対応して、できる業務を増やしていくことで様々な積算に対応していただきます。

積算ソフトを使用したり、単価本で最新の価格調査をするなどの作業を行います。

・官公庁公表の最新単価の確認

・積算ソフトを使用した労務単価の算出、物価本などから材料費の算出

・複数業者へ見積依頼して平均的な価格に確認(電話、メールにて)

・社内打ち合わせ参加
