私たちは松尾建設100%出資の総合ビルメンテナンス企業、株式会社マベックです。

今回募集するのは、佐賀の新たな誇り『SAGAサンライズパーク』のアリーナを支える管理スタッフ。

「管理」といっても、難しい専門知識は入社後に覚えれば大丈夫。

それよりも大切なのは、現場で働くスタッフさんや、協力業者さんとの「コミュニケーション」です。

  • 仕事内容

SAGAサンライズパーク・アリーナにおける、清掃および施設管理業務をお任せします。

あなたが実際に掃除機をかけ続けるのではなく、現場がスムーズに回るように「人」と「環境」を整えるのがメインのお仕事です。

<具体的な業務>

・清掃スタッフさんの管理(配置決め、シフト調整など)

・協力業者さんや施設担当者様との打ち合わせ

・報告書や計画書の作成(Word・Excel・メール使用)

・品質管理(施設内がキレイに保たれているかのチェック)

・施設の清掃

  • ポイントは「気持ちよく働いてもらうこと」

現場では多くの清掃スタッフさんが活躍しています。「今日はイベントがあるから、ここを重点的にお願いしますね」「いつもありがとうございます」といった、日々のコミュニケーションが何より大切です。

  • 入社後の流れ

まずは先輩社員と一緒に現場を回り、施設の構造やスタッフさんの顔と名前を覚えるところからスタートしましょう。

いきなり一人ですべてを任せることはありません。

3ヶ月の試用期間も含め、OJTで少しずつ業務の流れを掴んでいただきます。

分からないことがあれば、すぐに相談できる環境ですので、未経験の方もご安心ください。

1ヶ月あたり1万8000円 〜 1万8000円
