【仕事内容】

セラーヴァ株式会社のバックオフィスを支えつつ、ITプロジェクト補助やEC運営業務(商品発送)にも関わっていただくポジションです。

<主な業務内容>

1)事務全般(バックオフィス業務)

・経理補助(伝票入力、請求書/領収書の整理 など)

・人事・労務補助(入退社手続き、勤怠データ取りまとめ など)

・総務業務(備品管理、来客対応、郵便物の受発送 など)

・社内の簡単な清掃(デスク周り、共有スペースの整理整頓 など)

2)ITプロジェクトの補助業務(未経験OK/希望・適性により段階的に)

・システムテストの実施(手順書に沿った動作確認・結果入力)

・ドキュメント整理(仕様書・マニュアル等のファイル整理、フォルダ整備)

・データ入力・チェック作業

・(希望があれば)簡単な開発作業/スクリプト作成の補助

3)ECサイト運営業務(商品発送を含む)

・受注内容の確認(発送先・数量・同梱物のチェック)

・ピッキング、検品、梱包(資材準備、ラベル貼付)

・発送手配(配送伝票の作成、発送連絡、集荷対応/持ち込み など)

・在庫の簡単な管理(入荷・棚卸しの補助、欠品の共有)

・返品/交換が発生した場合の一次対応(状況確認、社内共有)

求める人材:

<必須>

・基本的なPCスキル(タイピング、メール、ブラウザ操作、Excel/Wordでの入力・簡単な編集)

・社内外と丁寧にコミュニケーションが取れる方

・細かい事務作業や整理整頓が苦にならない方

・原則出社での勤務が可能な方

<歓迎>

・事務(経理・総務・人事など)の実務経験

・業務の仕組み化/改善が好きな方

・IT業界やシステム開発に興味があり、少しずつ業務の幅を広げたい方

・EC発送業務(検品、梱包、発送手配、在庫管理など)の経験、または抵抗なく取り組める方

・指示待ちではなく、自分で考えて動ける方

勤務時間・曜日:

平日(月〜金)の9:00〜18:00 のうち、1日4〜6時間程度で相談可

※シフト制

※週に3~5日勤務

※休憩時間は実働時間に応じて付与(法令に基づく)

※残業の可能性なし

休暇・休日:

・土日祝休み(会社カレンダーによる)

・年末年始休暇

・GW・夏季休暇(会社カレンダーによる)

・有給休暇(法令に準ずる)

・慶弔休暇(社内規程による)

勤務地:

国内出張はありません。

屋内原則禁煙。

アクセス:

最寄りの平岸駅から徒歩約5分の距離に位置しています。交通手段としては、札幌市営地下鉄南北線、札幌市営地下鉄東豊線が利用可能です。通勤に便利な立地で、周辺にはコンビニやスーパーもありますので、働きやすい環境です。

  • 昇給あり(業績に応じて年1回実施)
