【仕事内容】

ホール・キッチン・仕込み・締め業務など。

オーダーはQRでお客様自身がご注文。

シフト作成や人材育成は慣れてからでOK

出来ることから始めましょう。

●ホール・キッチンは…

・お客様のご案内

・料理、ドリンクの提供

・テーブルの片付け、セッティング

・ドリンク作成

・洗い物

・お会計

・簡単な料理の盛り付け など

コミュニケーション下手でも大丈夫。

2ヶ月に1回、社長と面談

未経験からキャリアUP

一般(2年)→店長(3年)

→エリアマネージャーと

シフト制

①16:00~24:00(休憩あり)

②14:00~24:00(15:00~17:00休憩)

※上記時間内で残業あり

休暇・休日:

月8日休み(週休二日制)

毎週、土曜休みは難しいですが、

「この日はどうしても外せない」という時は

お気軽にご相談ください。

スタッフ同士で協力し合って、

大切な予定もしっかり優先できます
