Expected Qualification / Expertise / Skills / Certifications:
A candidate with practical, hands-on experience and a proactive attitude towards directly engaging with systems to support business transformation is required.

• Should able to communicate in English and Japanese (Mandatory)
• Should possess knowledge on Japanese HR policies and processes (Mandatory)
• Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical/Functional requirements
• He will be involved in providing testing support for Integrations and support activities related to Workday Application Maintenance and Support
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply their Workday HCM domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build and Deployment of solutions.

Experience:

• Possess 5 years or more experience in at least three Workday HCM Modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time & Absence/Adaptive)
• Possess more than 5 years of experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
• At least 2 full cycle experience of Workday implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong experience with leading Workday Managed Services Program.
• Strong hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Workday HCM solutions
• Good understanding of inbound outbound integrations and data flows with third party systems
• Experience in postproduction support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexcepted results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives
• Monitoring Daily support activities and ensuring the logged issues are resolved. Experience in troubleshooting data issues corrections

• リサーチ、システム課題の解決、不測の結果やプロセスフローなど、本稼働後のサポート経験。 ビジネス目標に合うソリューションまたは代替手法を推奨した経験。
• 日次のサポート活動をモニタリングし、ログに記録された問題が解決されるようにし、トラブルシューティングおよびデータの問題を是正した経験
