仕事内容:

新しいCANDDY技術を用いた創薬基盤プラットフォームの研究開発のバイオロジーチームのトップとして研究開発部長の元、研究をリードしていただきます。同社のCANDDY技術のプラットフォーム構築において、新規モダリティのポテンシャルの開拓やメカニズム検証、化合物の生化学的な評価(in vitro/in vivo)などの分子生物学的バイオロジーの研究開発要員を募集。特に、新規モダリティのメカニズムの検証に興味がある方歓迎。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

・細胞を用いた研究経験5年以上

・研究のテーマリード経験

・Ph.Dをお持ちの方

[以下、歓迎要件]

・新しい技術の開発やメカニズムの解明や検証研究に従事した経験

・タンパク質をターゲットとした研究経験(タンパク質の構造解析や、タンパク質に結合する化合物の探索研究など)

・生化学や分子生物学に関する研究技術のみならず、低分子化合物の知識がある方

・英語でディスカッションできる英語力

・共同研究アレンジなどの対外折衝をした経験

・薬剤師資格

・ピープルマネジメントの経験

勤務時間・曜日:

就業時間 09:00 ~ 18:00

休憩時間 1時間

残業 月 10 時間 ~ 30 時間程度

休暇・休日:

年間休日 120 日以上

週休二日制 (土日祝)夏季休暇 年末年始

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥500,000 〜 ¥625,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥130,000〜¥165,230(46時間相当分)を含む。46時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
