【仕事内容】

当社初の情シスセキュリティ専任担当として、従業員の生産性向上とセキュリティ基盤の構築をお任せします。

現在は各部門が個別に対応している IT 関連業務を体系化し、

事業成長を支える仕組みづくりをリードしていただけるエンジニアを募集します。

・ 100名→300名規模への成長を見据えたスケーラブルなIT基盤への進化

・ 上場企業として求められるセキュリティ・ガバナンス体制の強化

・ 急速な事業変化に柔軟に対応できる、アジャイルなITインフラの実現

・ 従業員の生産性を最大化するIT環境の継続的な改善と革新

【具体的には】

・ PC、スマートフォン、ソフトウェアライセンスなどの資産管理体制の確立

・ ユーザーアカウント管理、PCのキッティングの自動化・最適化

・ 従業員向けITインフラ環境の構築及び運用改善

・ ヘルプデスク業務の仕組み化・効率化

・ 上場企業基準のセキュリティ統制とポリシー策定

・ 業務効率化や生産性向上のためのITソリューション選定・導入

・ 会計基盤・営業基盤を含む社内システムの構築及び運用改善

【求める人材】

・ IT基盤の構築・運用経験:3年以上

以下のいずれかの経験

・ 中小規模組織(50-300名)での情シス業務経験

・ SaaS/クラウドサービスの導入・管理経験

・ 基本的なセキュリティ対策の実装(アカウント管理、エンドポイント保護等)経験

・ 自己判断で優先順位をつけて業務を進められる能力

【歓迎】

・ ゼロトラストセキュリティの知識・実装経験

・ IaC(Terraform等)の実務経験

・ ISMS認証取得支援の経験

・ スクリプト言語(Python、Shell等)での自動化経験

・ スタートアップでの就業経験

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
